There is no contact form, phone line or postal address for the calculator.
What to write to us about
- A result that looks wrong. Please include every input you used: room dimensions and units, room type, mode (Simple or Advanced), number of external walls, glazing type and area, what is above and below the room, and any U-values, temperatures, air-change rate or allowance you changed. With those, the calculation can be repeated step by step.
- Questions about the method. For example, how the planning allowance, the rounding up to the nearest 50 W or the BTU/h conversion works.
- Corrections to the site. Broken pages, typos or a source you think is out of date.
Please do not send more personal information than you need to. You do not need to give your address or any details about your home beyond the calculator inputs.
What we cannot help with
The calculator gives an indicative estimate for planning radiator purchases. Replies by email are about how the calculator works. They are not a heating design, installation advice or a site survey, and they do not replace a qualified heating engineer or a Gas Safe registered installer. The full disclaimer is on the About page.
